SAP agrees to acquire TechWolf for workforce intelligence
SAP plans to acquire TechWolf and bring its skills data into SuccessFactors. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

SAP announced an agreement to acquire TechWolf on October 6. Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies expect the deal to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
TechWolf maps tasks, employee skills and labor market information using data from connected HR and business systems. SAP plans to bring that technology into SuccessFactors for workforce planning, hiring and retraining. New joint products would be developed after closing.
In his letter announcing the agreement, TechWolf CEO Andreas De Neve said access to SAPโs operational systems was a reason for the deal. He said TechWolf would keep serving customers that use other HR platforms and would retain its brand and existing leadership team.
De Neve also reported that US annual recurring revenue grew from $1 million to $15 million over 18 months. That is the companyโs own account of growth, with no independent financial verification provided in the announcement.
