ByteForward is managed by XLT Media Group, a trade name of Altstead LLC. In these Terms of Service, ByteForward, we, us and our refer to Altstead LLC in connection with its operation of ByteForward through XLT Media Group.

These terms describe the conditions for using the ByteForward website and its public features. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not use features that require your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

What ByteForward provides

ByteForward publishes news, analysis, commentary, product information and other editorial material about artificial intelligence and related technology. It also provides reference features such as release information, benchmarks, offer listings and reset announcement trackers.

Content is provided for general information. It is not individualized legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. Consider your circumstances and obtain qualified advice where needed before relying on content for an important decision.

Accuracy and changing information

Technology, prices, product availability and provider policies can change quickly. An article or listing describes the information available when it was prepared or last updated. A publication date or update date does not mean every linked source or product detail has been checked again at that moment.

Leaks and other early reports may be incomplete, disputed or unconfirmed. Labels and summaries describe the evidence available to ByteForward and do not guarantee that a reported feature will launch. Benchmarks reflect particular tests and conditions rather than a promise of performance in your use case.

Reset trackers summarize reported announcements and may have incomplete coverage. They do not access your account, determine your individual allowance or guarantee that a reset, credit or benefit is available to you. The provider’s current account information and applicable terms remain important.

Deals and external purchases

Offer listings summarize information supplied or published by the relevant provider. Eligibility, pricing, renewal charges, availability and offer conditions may change. Check the provider’s current terms before signing up or making a purchase.

A purchase or subscription made on an external website is a transaction with that provider. Its payment, delivery, cancellation and refund terms govern that transaction. A listing on ByteForward does not make ByteForward the seller or create a refund promise from ByteForward.

A comment or reaction reflects its contributor’s view and is not an endorsement by ByteForward. Reaction totals are submitted responses rather than verified counts of unique people.

Do not use the website to interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade technical access restrictions or manipulate comments and reaction counts. Do not use automated requests in a manner that disrupts the service or prevents others from using it. These conditions do not prohibit legitimate research or activity that applicable law protects.

Availability and responsibility

Check important information against the current original source before relying on it. Nothing in this section limits responsibility or rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the information practices associated with the website. Agreement to these terms does not by itself provide consent for any separate processing or technology that requires consent under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website or its operation. Revised terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by applicable law. A change does not remove rights that have already arisen.
