Zeta agrees to buy Senso and Digital Audience for AI marketing
Zeta plans to bring AI answer visibility and audience data technology in house through two acquisition agreements.

Zeta Global announced an agreement to acquire Digital Audience on October 6, following its Senso agreement on October 5. Both companies already supply technology used by Zeta.
Senso adds technology for AI answer visibility
Senso helps power Zeta’s Generative Engine Optimization offering, which addresses how brands appear in AI generated answers. Zeta says the deal would bring more of that technology in house and add AI engineers.
The company plans to combine Senso with its Data Cloud to connect insights about AI audiences with customer information and marketing activity. Senso cofounder and CEO Saroop Bharwani and his team are expected to join Zeta.
Digital Audience supports campaign reach
Digital Audience provides data infrastructure for identifying audiences and putting customer information to work across marketing channels. Zeta says the acquisition would add data and AI engineers, expand its European presence and bring established enterprise customer relationships.
Zeta promised customer continuity in both announcements, including after the Digital Audience deal closes.
The releases do not disclose purchase prices or expected closing dates. Both describe acquisition agreements. The proposed improvements to brand discovery and campaign performance remain Zeta’s expectations.
