femtoAI opens developer signups with an NDA requirement
Developers can register for femtoAIโs platform, with a company NDA required to access its SDK and models.

femtoAI announced on October 6 that it was opening its developer community after a beta program. The platform brings together the companyโs AI silicon and compression tools for developers building AI powered devices.
The public developer portal lists a Sparse Processing Unit evaluation kit and Sparsity Studio, which the company describes as a tool for examining model size, latency and power.
An NDA gates the development resources
Developers create a free account and join or create a company organization. A company administrator must then sign a nondisclosure agreement to unlock the SDK, documentation, AI models, reference designs and Ask femtoAI.
The portal separately directs developers to create an account to buy the evaluation kit. Hardware access therefore involves a purchase. ByteForward did not enter the signup or checkout flows.
ByteForward has not tested the chips or tools.
