RemoveMacAI update clarifies incomplete model removal
RemoveMacAI 0.2.5 makes uncertain results clearer when removing Apple Intelligence models.

RemoveMacAI released version 0.2.5 on October 5, making uncertain model removal results more explicit.
The update reports unknown model sizes as unknown rather than zero. If removal fails or cannot be confirmed, the utility flags an incomplete run, returns an error and leaves its configuration profile active.
It also clarifies that preserving a feature does not automatically switch that feature back on.
The project documentation lists support for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 27. It says the configuration profile disables selected Apple Intelligence features and blocks model downloads while keeping System Integrity Protection enabled.
Removing models affects features including Writing Tools and image generation. The independent utility is not notarized. ByteForward reviewed its documentation but has not run it.
